Basic Course

How can stories be told with photographs? In this course you will learn to take photos thematically and to edit your pictures so that they work in the context of your narrative using modern editing programs. You will be supported practically and theoretically by professional photographers in the fields of journalistic photography, event photography, architectural photography and portrait photography.

Course Structure

20 days in total
The course consists of 20 teaching days. Each teaching day lasts from 10:00 to 16:00, with a one-hour lunch break between 13:00 and 14:00.

Professional Photography, with assignments in the fields of journalistic photography, event photography and architectural photography
4 days
Theory and History of narrative photography
5 days
Photo Technology, with emphasis on digital imaging, post production and camera skills
